Kate partners with leaders to drive impactful change, both for themselves and their businesses. She is a qualified executive coach and consultant with over 20 years’ experience across the private and public sectors.

Having led strategic change programmes in-house at the start of her career, she then moved into consulting roles at BCG, The Mind Gym and Business 4 Zero. She has cultivated deep expertise in behaviour change, leadership development, and executive communication.

Kate works with senior leaders and their teams up to C-suite, particularly during pivotal transition points. She approaches her work as a thought partner, blending warmth, candour, and pragmatism to drive outcomes.

Mike is a former Executive and Vice President who specialises in partnering with both experienced and aspiring executive leaders to enhance performance, accelerate development and maximise personal fulfilment.

With over 25 years of multi-national leadership in organisations such as GSK, Reckitt and Boots, Mike appreciates the challenges leaders face while delivering industry leading performance during constant change and adaptation within businesses.

Mike believes that for a leader to be at their best and to develop as effectively as possible, they should understand their areas of strength, how they are energised and be clear what is important to them.
